Julia lives and breathes development and is passionate about learning, continuous improvement and creating an environment where individuals and teams can give their best. This passion extends to her personal life where she and her husband work tirelessly to raise money for a range of charities.
At the same time, she stretches herself mentally, physically and psychologically setting goals for herself and roping her friends and family into various challenges and fundraising activities.
