We’re proud to regularly receive wonderful Client Testimonials. Here are some of them:

Julia’s style allowed me to be authentic and I left each session feeling energised and with the self-belief that ‘I can do this’!

Over 10 months Julia and I worked together. I had highlighted early that time management and delegation were two key skills I would like to focus on as I felt I wasn’t ‘getting things done’. I enjoyed our sessions from the start. We focused on goal writing which Julia made simple.

I found each session challenging in different ways. Julia had a variety of techniques which lead and guided me in exploring options, emotions, blocks and solutions. One major benefit was assisting me in developing and using tools to delegate to my team effectively which gave me time to complete other tasks I needed to ‘get on with’ and at the same time develop the team.

There has been a marked difference in my team. They are more engaged and active.

What I enjoyed most about our sessions was the flexibly offered each time. It was possible to explore emotions that came up and sometimes what I thought was one issue often ended as a different issue.

Our sessions were very conversational which I find most effective. I’ve often struggled with authenticity and self-belief. Julia’s style allowed me to be authentic and I left each session feeling energised and with the self-belief that ‘I can do this’!

The specific coaching became informed around actions I could take – this wasn’t about making life easy, indeed I was often out of my comfort zone… The legacy remains today … paying dividend as I broaden my influence and efficacy.

As part of my ongoing Executive Development I undertook a series of 360 degree feedback and competence programmes during the autumn of 2014.

There was a clear message of strengths and opportunities that evolved from this and I engaged with Julia for 6 (2 hour) sessions over the above period to reflect on why the strengths were there (and what that meant in terms of dominant style); and equally importantly, what I should do personally to take advantage of modifying my behaviours to improve performance in other areas.

My previous assessments showed I had a need for more networking, kindred spirit and comfort in discussion/debate.  Julia’s approach here was to listen in the first instance – a “screen dump” from me actually got me thinking and providing the right thought backdrop to respond to change.

The specific coaching then became more informed around actions I could take – this wasn’t about making life easy, indeed I was often out of my comfort zone.  Nonetheless, the legacy remains today and I have 3 or 4 personal and tailored actions that I remind myself of frequently and these are paying dividend as I broaden my influence and efficacy.

Julia’s coaching has been an instrumental and critical part of my growth and personal enlightenment over the last 3 years.

Over 3 years I have had blocks of coaching with Julia and am currently receiving coaching from her once a quarter.

The initial coaching was to assist me with two main aspects of my personal and professional development. Firstly to give me the opportunity to explore what my thoughts were around the career pathways open to me moving forward from my current role, and secondly to agree on any areas for further exploration and development of my skills which may need to be recognised and considered when moving forward.

The coaching I have received from Julia has been an instrumental and critical part of my growth and personal enlightenment over the last 3 years.

The process, with Julia’s sensitive guidance, has allowed me to open up and explore aspects of my thinking, delivered in a safe, supported and yet thought provoking manner.

Julia uses a variety of different coaching methods. Her strength in coaching lies in her ability to use and interweave various techniques effortlessly to assist with looking at the different perspectives and interdependencies which are very necessary when trying to get true objectivity of thought and get to the real issue.

Julia has encouraged me to explore my emotional thinking. Her ability to allow you to understand and accept the emergence of who you are and how to use this knowledge to effectively move forward, rather than it stopping you in your tracks, is invaluable.

I have been truly stunned by the powerful effect Julia’s techniques have had on my thought processes and what has often been revealed as a result.

Julia has a very natural, accepting, nurturing style of coaching that allows you to feel very relaxed, very quickly. Julia has a style which is warm and open. She also manages to be able to ‘probe’ to the right level.

I’ve recently been promoted within my organisation and am able to recognise that the coaching I have received from Julia has been fundamental and inspirational for my growth and development.
